Job Description:

Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a dynamic and driven Client Support Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Client Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position offers an opportunity to work at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person- Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and issue resolution- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Assist in creating and updating client documentation and training materials- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services

Requirements:- Resilient and driven individual with a strong customer service mindset- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively handle client interactions- Strong organization and planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
