Client Support Assistant

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a resilient and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, providing excellent customer service at all times.2. Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner.4. Support the Client Support Manager with various administrative tasks.5. Coordinate client meetings and events, including preparing materials and handling logistics.6. Assist with client onboarding and training as needed.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of support to clients.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Creative problem-solving skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
