Job Description:

Nike is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires independence, strong communication skills, and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.3. Process client orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.4. Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure smooth operations.5. Monitor client accounts and track sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.6. Assist in the development of client service strategies to enhance overall customer experience.7. Stay current on industry trends and provide recommendations for improvement based on client feedback.8. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a similar role.3. Energetic personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.4. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.8. Knowledge of the sports industry and passion for the Nike brand is a plus.
