Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble in Austin, Texas. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a qualified candidate with at least 6 years of experience in client service or account management.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client accounts and acquire new clients- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality service and solutions to clients- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities- Prepare and present reports on client performance and revenue projections- Participate in client meetings and negotiations to secure new business and maintain existing relationships- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of client service professionals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Hardworking and resourceful with a strong work ethic- Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
