Job Description:

ManpowerGroup is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with placing orders, scheduling services, and resolving any issues that may arise- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and adaptable personality with a positive attitude- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
