Job Description:
DoorDash is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with various administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the business. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner- Assisting with client onboarding processes and account management- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions- Assisting with event planning and coordination- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
