Performance Food Group is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work remotely from home in Fort Worth, Texas. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients- Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
