Job Description:
Jarden, a leading company in the consumer products industry, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to address any issues or concerns- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or requests in a timely manner- Develop strategies to increase client retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base- Handle client complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience as a Client Relations Representative or a similar role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Familiarity with consumer products industry is a plus- People management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
