Client Relations Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Officer to work from home in San Antonio, Texas on a part-time basis. As an Associate-level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will play a key role in representing our company and maintaining a positive image among clients.

Responsibilities:- Managing client accounts and serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service- Handling client requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates and gather feedback- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver exceptional service- Maintaining accurate client records and updating client information in our database- Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to improve client experience- Providing regular reports to management on client activity and satisfaction levels

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Resourceful and dedicated mindset with strong attention to detail- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
