Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

General Dynamics is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns- Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met- Ensure all client communication is professional and timely- Provide timely and accurate reports on client activity and satisfaction levels
