Job Description:
EMCOR Group is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for someone who is resilient, passionate, and possesses strong research and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services- Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to address any concerns or issues that may arise- Conduct research on client needs and preferences to anticipate and address potential issues- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to clients- Monitor client feedback and use it to improve our services and customer experience- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and company policies- Track and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong research and critical thinking abilities- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Resilient attitude and passion for customer service
