Job description:Chevron is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Houston, Texas, representing our company to clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in client relations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives- Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction- Coordinate with various internal teams to deliver on client expectations and resolve any issues that may arise- Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for continuous improvement- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business development initiatives- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 8+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Confident and reliable with a strong sense of accountability- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Exceptional time management skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
