Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers- Utilize resources and tools to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction- Meet performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
