Job Description:
Waste Management is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in providing remote customer support services. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our waste management services. This position is part-time, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet performance metrics and goals set by management
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong decision-making skills and ability to think quickly on your feet- Adaptability to changing situations and customer needs- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required
