Altria Group is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Driven and energetic personality traits- Creativity and persuasion as soft skills- Bachelor's degree preferred
