Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Oscar Health is looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our members. This role requires a resilient and confident individual who possesses excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our system- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team lead- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Experience with chat support software is a plus- Resilient and confident personality traits- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
