Job Description:

JetBlue Airways is seeking a hardworking and reliable Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner through chat support channels.2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and answering questions about JetBlue's services.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers.5. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.4. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with coworkers.5. Proficiency in computer software and typing speed.6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
