Call Center Specialist - Work From Home

AutoNation is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a work-from-home position, this is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.3. Utilize a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers.4. Research customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.5.
