Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team at Citizens Financial Group in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. We are looking for individuals who are confident, passionate, and possess excellent presentation and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, account information, and problem resolution.- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, conduct surveys, and provide additional information as needed.- Input customer information accurately into our database system.- Meet or exceed call center metrics including average call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.- Confidence in speaking with customers and resolving issues effectively.- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.- Strong presentation and teamwork skills.
