Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Priceline Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team on a remote basis in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone. With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-energy environment that values critical thinking and analysis.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner- Provide information and assistance regarding products, services, and bookings- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
