Job Description:

Starbucks is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Associate to join our remote team in Chicago, Illinois. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Starbucks customers over the phone. This position offers a flexible work environment that allows for remote work, making it ideal for individuals looking for a work-from-home opportunity.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Starbucks customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and complaints- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company database- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor- Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic- Experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus, but not required
