Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team at First Data in San Jose, California. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or questions they may have.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries or issues- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or requests- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner- Updating customer information in the database- Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and goals- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Managing a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Energetic and driven personality- Strong leadership and research skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
