Job Description:

EMCOR Group is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and support for our clients. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing support and assistance as needed.2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues.3. Documenting all interactions with customers in the company's database.4. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.5. Providing product and service information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.6. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.7. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer service experiences.

Requirements:1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Driven and adaptable personality traits.3. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
