Respond to inbound telephone calls for all Franciscan Health System hospitalsProvide excellent customer service and follow established proceduresMaintain confidentiality and handle difficult caller situations

Responsibilities
• Answer all inbound calls and operate Contact Center telecommunications equipment• Initiate responses to codes and alarms transmitted from FHS facilities• Make routine updates to databases• Identify and report problems with Contact Center equipment• Maintain confidentiality of patient, visitor, physician, staff information
Requirements
• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)• Six months related work experience, preferably in a call center environment• Knowledge of telephone etiquette standards and strong customer service skills
