Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Lear. This is a remote work position based in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively- Processing customer orders and updating order statuses- Maintaining accurate customer records and information- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Providing product or service information to customers- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- Hardworking and resourceful individual willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent required
