Responsibilities
• Manage tasks and document status and reports to manager and client• Lead and direct activities of technical, functional analysis, and data design• Plan, execute and manage QA testing activities• Work with customer management and provide guidance on software readiness• Conduct data modeling• Elicit B2B data and functional requirements• Provide customer support and onboarding support• Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers• Develop requirements specifications• Be a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills• 5+ years of professional experience in analyzing business needs• 5+ years of business analysis experience in a client facing role• SQL development skills and experience• QA skills and automation experience• Strong technical and documentation writing skills• Customer service and communications management experience• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or related field• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States• Must be able to obtain a Sensitive Level-Public Trust US government clearance
