Responsibilities
• Manage the Concierge, payroll, employee relations, and recruitment process• Maintain personnel files, order supplies, and submit invoices• Ensure regulatory compliance and support HR department• Support approximately 120-130 entry-level employees• Collaborate with Regional VP of HR and corporate HR department
Requirements
• Prior supervisory experience• Minimum of 3 years of Business Office and/or HR experience• Effective organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality• Interest in working with senior population• College degree in HR or business preferred
