Responsibilities
• Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections• Identify market opportunities through meetings, conferences, networking, etc.• Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships• Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies• Prepare financial projections and sales targets• Attend events and exhibitions• Prepare sales presentations• Produce reports for management• Train business developers and sales colleagues• Manage challenging workload and unexpected changes
Requirements
• Experience working with an IT firm that does federal government contracting• Intimate knowledge of federal government clients and their acquisition processes• Ability to connect with all levels of the organization• 7+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree preferred
