The Marketing Coordinator will assist with campaign development and execution. They will help drive kick-off, creation, approval, and delivery of a variety of creative assets across paid, earned, and owned channels. Working for the Disney Bundle product marketing team, this individual will be required to successfully navigated and coordinate across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure holistic alignment across marketing channels as they work to grow the Disney Bundle subscriber base.

Disney Bundle is a team sport – you'll be expected to embrace and evangelize our collaborative mission and lead by example when it comes to collective goal setting and diligent follow-through.
Responsibilities: Partner with marketing associates to turn strategic briefs into actionable creative briefs, including collating creative asset needs & requirements as well as kicking off creative request tickets with the Marketing Design team Manage XFN Bundle Marketing Wiki, regularly updating information related to content releases, title creative requirements, asset specs, and working team directory Own routing & approval of marketing design creative for Disney Bundle, working with XFN teams including brand marketing, content marketing, and legal to source & package creative feedback & approval for the Marketing Design team Collaborate with XFN channel teams including partnerships, affiliate, influencers, social, display, digital video, and owned & operated to ensure strategic & tactical campaign alignment Qualifications: College degree required 1 or more years of marketing/partner marketing experience Comfort with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Airtable Highly organized project management skills Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Additional Qualifications:
Understanding of the OTT landscape & subscription ecosystem is a plus
The hiring range for this position in California is $63,400 to $85,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
