Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing plans to achieve business goals
Gain deep insights into customer personas and purchasing journeys through market research
Create innovative marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive media, digital, and PR initiatives
Support Sales team with sales enablement tools and resources
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
5+ years of strategic brand management experience
Strong business acumen and tech-savvy mindset
Results-driven with a customer-centric approach
Bonus Skills:
Master's degree in business administration or related field
Experience in consumer goods or leading B2B companies
Ability to drive vision and purpose while balancing stakeholder needs
Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
