Basic College Mathematics Instructor

We are currently seeking a full-time Mathematics instructor to join our team of motivated and passionate educators. Summary: Takes responsibility for course outcomes by implementing the College's mission, curriculum and course objectives through classroom and lab teaching. Under the general supervision of the Nursing Program Administrator, teaches basic College Mathematics in accordance with an approved course syllabus using innovative and effective teaching methods; refresh student knowledges in mathematics; build student confidence to perform mathematic calculations; develops daily lesson plans; tutors students; maintains current and accurate attendance and grades records; participates in faculty meetings, instructional seminars and in-service training sessions. Vigorously upholds a culture of academic integrity, discipline, and accountability.
Requirements Bachelor degree in Mathematics or Sciences, Master's degree preferred. 2 years experience in teaching basic mathematic courses. Operate with a sense of responsibility and purpose with a sense of desire to support students. Effective classroom facilitators who enjoy teaching in a culturally diverse, student-centered environment.
