We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Shareholder Services Representative II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Uniondale, NY.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide service/sales support to the Advisors for Mutual Funds, Brokerage/ Managed Accounts and Annuity/Insurance business.Resolve client issues by interacting with Asset Servicing/ Brokerage and outside insurance vendors.Provide sales support to the Advisors by sending out new account kits, service forms and speaking to those clients.Review and process client deposits, liquidations and new account paperwork.Ensure that all compliance regulations are adhered to by assisting the Operations Manager in conducting compliance related tasks. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.3-5 years of total work experience preferred. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $48,400 and $71,500 per year at the commencement of employment.
