That's where you come in!As an Associate Quality Engineer working on the D&D Beyond team, you will join an adventuring party of engineers supporting the folks building the best-in-class digital play solutions for the world's greatest roleplaying game! You will assist one of our product engineering teams in ensuring that our products and services meet the established quality standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.What You'll Do:Support others quality engineers in conducting various quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycleAssist in developing and introducing quality-related procedures and toolsAssist engineering teams in testing activities through exploratory test sessions and identifying potential risksImplement new test cases and maintain the existing automated regression test suitesMonitor and report the state of quality of our services and processes based on the existing dashboards and CI/CD pipelinesWhat You'll Bring:Strong analytical skills with an eye for detailSolid understanding of agile and quality assurance principles and methodologiesExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesUnderstanding of how modern web applications workProficiency in JavaScript or TypeScriptProficiency in Playwright or other web test automation frameworksFamiliarity with API testing tools like PostmanNice to Have:Familiarity with C# and .NET framework, as some of our services are built using these technologiesFamiliarity with AWS and DockerFamiliarity with CI/CD tools, e.g. GitHub ActionsFamiliarity with mobile test automation frameworks, e.g. AppiumA passion for Dungeons & Dragons (D&D)You enjoy throwing Fireballs in the face of danger (but all new party members are welcome!)We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action EmployerThe above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
