Description: Develop and implement changes to new and existing products and perform appropriate tests. Coordinate the changing of supplier vendors as needed. Communicate product specifications for sourcing vendors based upon customer, FDA and customs requirements. Performs tasks to improve product packaging appearance and marketing assets. Reviews all packaging artwork files and marketing information. Coordinates the Private Label branding of current products as requested by manager. Takes action to improve overall vendor quality, service, delivery and pricing. Provide technical consultation to suppliers on new products. Provide technical information regarding product changes and document changes per quality management system. Update inter-departmentally regarding product changes. Work with Marketing and Sales to successfully launch new and updated products. Maintain and monitor product samples and product sample log. International and domestic travel may be required. Develop and document timelines for development and/or sourcing of medical devices. Skills: Quality control, labelling Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Requires 3+yrs experience working as an Associate Product Manager or in a similar role Requires prior medical device experience Basic understanding of Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on attention to detail. Ability to see and feel physical product characteristics. Ability to lift and transfer up to 25 lbs.
