The Cycle Count Auditor will be required to follow established procedures and guidelines to accurately scan, count and record inventory levels using of radio frequency equipment and manual lists. The individual must demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism and good communication skills in order to successfully fulfill the requirements of job. General Responsibilities:
Perform cycle count audits
Perform systemic driven audits of various location and bin configuration types
Use of handheld RF device to determine locations to be audited, following screen prompted tasks and accurately entering the appropriate information and responses.
Follow documented methods to rectify inventory discrepancies.
Use of manual lists generated to perform ad hoc location audits. In this scenario the audit information is manually recorded and returned to the Logistics Analyst.
Remove garments from location to perform counts and store back into the location in a neat and orderly fashion that safeguards the inventory.
Perform visual inspection of picking area to identify potential inventory or safety concerns and advise management promptly.
Identify and report any failures within the documented cycle count process.
Train and observe new cycle count associates as needed.
Work independently and collectively with other team members.
Perform other tasks as required such as but not limited to picking, packing, rework physical inventory, etc. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate degree preferred. One year minimum experience preferred.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop and lift 40 pounds
Basic level of education to include reading and writing and basic numeracy.
Required to follow simple instructions, no formal occupational training required.
Able to operate RF device to scan barcodes and input information.
Ability to work under minimum supervision and manage multiple tasks.
