Job Title: Logistics Returns Analyst II, eCommerce Operations
Location:240 Dividend Dr, Coppell, TX, USA
Work hours will be Mon-Fri (8:00am – 5:00pm CST). Additional Hrs based on Business need
Top 3 must have skill sets:
1) Strong Excel and problem solving skills. Experience in ECOM Operations
2) Ability to multitask with high attention to detail in a fast pace Operations environment
3) Flexible with change, focused on instructions – ability to run and track KPI's and sum data to put in to reports for management
Position Summary:
• The position ensures the best in class execution for Samsung Logistics operations (Fulfillment, Quality, Returns Management and Business Coordination)
• Responsible for the execution of daily Logistics operations primarily focused on Returns, Creating RMAs, Handling Customer Exceptions and coordinating with internal Engineering team to resolve issues timely
• This role will ensure that Returns are processed timely
Common Essentials/Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must have track record and ability to maintain positive team dynamics
• Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activity
• Manage & maintain a list of daily returns exceptions
• Resolve Returns Exceptions & drive accountability with onsite 3PL
• Collaborate with ECOM Engineering to resolve systems issues for Returns
• Coordinate and execute special projects and additional services as requested
• Support inter-department projects/activities as determined necessary
• Assist Warehouses and Customers on critical shipments and non-standard requests
• Follow processes in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines
• Complete all other duties as assigned
Background/Experience:
• 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain OR High School Diploma with Minimum 2+ years of eCommerce experience.
• Experience in a high-volume returns processing environment
• High-Tech supply chain and/or Logistics experience
• Reliable analytical skills
• Proficient ability in working within Excel
• Experience working simultaneously with various cultures preferred
• Ability to pull data from SAP & analyze
• Ability to communicate status updates in writing, through email, or orally
• Ability to clearly define objectives, identify tasks and work assignments based upon training
