We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service to join ourLiquidity & Margin Services – Markets team. This role is located inLake Mary, Orlando - HYBRID/REMOTE.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.The ability & willingness to learn about our clients and our products.Monitoring client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues as needed.Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.Utilizing problem-solving skills and best judgement to analyze information, and to provide our clients with information related to BNY Mellon products.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.3-5 years of total work experience preferred.Money Funds experience is highly preferred.Must be comfortable speaking directly with our clients.Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
