Job Description:

Seaboard is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chat Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position located in Jacksonville, Florida, US, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement- Provide training and mentorship to chat support agents to help them excel in their roles- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in chat support or customer service management- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets- Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems- Ability to work independently and remotely- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
