Assistant Director Regional Office LocationHybrid remote in Rolla, MOTypical working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
• Manage the individual and Family Supports program at Rolla Satellite Office• Responsible for the day to day functions of the Regional Office in the absence of the Director• Review inquiry and investigative reports and make determinations• Review all TCM trend reports with the Director and address issues with TCM entities• Develop, implement, and administer habilitation programs and services• Coordinate and facilitate All Staff meetings, management meetings, and individual employee meetings• Monitor employee assignments and recommend training for staff• Review, submit, and approve all timesheets• Monitor personnel issues with staff and address work performance• Work in a professional manner with staff within all Division departments and with outside agencies
Requirements
• 4 or more years of relevant experience and 1-2 years of supervision experience or a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of supervisory/leadership experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders• Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma• Completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, or similar programs is preferred
