Have you ever wanted to give back to Veterinary Medicine through teaching? If so, this is the perfect position for you! We are seeking a faculty teaching position to lead our exciting new Professional Development Curriculum. In this curriculum the students learn about wellbeing, communication, business, financial management, career opportunities and team building. The Director of Professional Development Education will oversee administration of the veterinary professional development educational stream in the DVM program. The Director of Professional Development Education will instruct in communication skills and professionalism and ensure alignment of instructional methods and assessments with DVM outcomes in professional development. They will also help define and refine these core competencies throughout the curriculum.
This position is supported by a dynamic team of directors and fellow faculty members. LSU Vet Med is growing, and we are looking for an energetic leader to continue to support our upward trajectory.
