Area Sales Manager

We're currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to join Elite Sourcing LLC, a growing medical/technology company who has been in business for over 40 years! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, including IL, IN, MI. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and expanding the company's market presence.
Requirements To excel in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical or technology industry Demonstrated success in managing territories and exceeding sales targets An undergraduate degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not necessary Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients A background in life sciences, such as selling into GMP facilities, pharma sales, or medical equipment sales, is highly desirable Knowledge of compliance regulations is a plus Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with most business concentrated in IL but occasional travel required to MI and IN Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Benefits This company is offering:
Base salary of $75,000 plus commission (OTE first year will be around 120K+).
