Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workflow and schedules for the Purchasing, Customer Support, Inventory, and Shipping & Receiving departments.
Interview, hire, and train departmental Supervisors.
Manage departmental budgets, develop departmental operating procedures, and maintain work instructions.
Set departmental expectations for direct and indirect reports, deliver feedback on accountability, and conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Participate in the strategic planning process and creation of company and departmental goals.
Collaborate with other managers to achieve corporate objectives.
Develop, manage, and report departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Oversee the direct procurement of

materials/supplies/services

needed by the organization.
Oversee management of suppliers and act as needed to achieve performance goals.
Manage inventory levels for regularly consumed purchased items.
Manage Long Term Agreements and contracts.
Support proper utilization and accuracy of ERP system.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

5+ years of supply chain experience -

preferably in Aerospace .
3+ years supervisory experience.
Understanding of contracts and agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and LTAs.
Experience in supplier negotiation and supplier management.
Advanced knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience using Epicor ERP system a plus).

Wage Range:
The pay range for this role considers several factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, education, and other business needs.

Frequent use of hearing ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
Frequent use of speaking ability to express or exchange ideas, communicate detailed information, or convey instructions
Occasional lifting of 5 or 10 pounds
Occasional exposure to manufacturing shop floor, requiring use of Safety Glasses
Occasional exposure to excess noise levels, occasionally necessitating the use of Hearing Protection
