Customer Service Associate role in the TPS Customer Care CenterPrimary focus on providing excellent service for all interactionsManages a team of student customer service representatives

Responsibilities
• Supports day-to-day operations of the TPS Customer Care Center• Delivers and ensures continued excellence in customer service• Monitors and supports staff interactions, provides information and assistance• Identifies opportunities to improve customer service procedures• Coordinates service functions such as request intake and permit distribution• Completes financial processing and auditing efforts• Participates in special event tabling and resource fairs• Prepares and maintains knowledge-based documents/resources• Coordinates service campaigns and social media promotions• Performs general administrative functions
Requirements
• High school degree or GED• Minimum of 2 years related experience• Knowledge of standard administrative procedures and practices• Customer service experience preferred• Experience supervising student employees preferred
Key Skills Needed
• Excellent customer service skills• Problem-solving techniques• Strong communication skills• Ability to work in a team• Organizational skills
