Remote Personal Assistant

This is a remote full time position which includes flexibility in your working hours. All work activities would be handled remotely, Assignments would be sent via email and you are to give a report back at your earliest convenience or before a deadline.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be working an average of 30-40 hours weekly and your duties entails Handling work activities such as filing, generating reports and presentations, scheduling meetings and appointments, disbursement of funds to contractors and suppliers, filing reports, making travel arrangements such as booking flights, cabs and also making hotel reservations. Ability to maintain polite and professional communication over the phone and via email, Submit and reconcile expense reports.
