Job Description:

Exxon Mobil is seeking a motivated and independent Administrative Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a full-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess strong presentation and creativity skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and document preparation- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for team members- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence- Support team members with special projects and initiatives- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Presentation and creativity skills are a plus
