MEMORIAL PARK CHURCH IS SEEKING A
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR STUDENT IMPACT
Purpose To provide administrative support to the Student IMPACT Ministry
Qualifications Strong Administrative Skills. Competent in use of email and MS office platform. Knowledge of our ability to learn MPC's Church Management software (MPC Connect/ CCB) Strong relational skills to connect with youth and their families. An evangelical, reformed, and missional worldview. Must agree with the Mission, Vision, and Bylaws of Memorial Park Church. Accountability The Administrative Assistant for Student Impact shall be directly accountable to the Student IMPACT Coordinator under the supervision of the Director of Family Ministry.
Student Impact at MPC is a part of the Family Ministries Department. Position Status This is a part-time non-exempt position for 15 hours a week depending on circumstances; and determined by the Personnel Team of the Session, with input from the Student IMPACT Coordinator and Director of Family Ministry. The position is primarily in the office with some accommodations for work from home. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Provide day-to-day office and administrative assistance.
Maintain up-to-date and well-organized files on the shared drive and/or hard copy Record attendance, schedule events, and build forms on MPC Connect/CCB Assist with special event planning, such as coordinating reservations and transportation, and submitting communication request forms. 2. Mission Trips and Retreats
Correspond with the organization regarding dates, payments, forms needed, etc. along with Student IMPACT Coordinator.
Keep track of all payments and forms and correspond with families as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (continued) 3. Special Events
