You, as an administrative & dispatch specialist, will be greeting customers daily and are expected to represent Lott Oil Co. in a positive manner.
*Salary depends on experience* Primary Responsibilities and Duties Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner Communicate any customer needs to appropriate personnel Answer/route phone calls and take messages Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Serve customers in person and over the phone by providing product and service information and resolving product and service issues Provide operations support and documentation support for Managers Handle incoming and outgoing mail Prepare and maintain company documents and reports Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts Process all payment using various pay services Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma required Collage degree or related work experience recommended Expert customer service skills Problem solving, computer savvy Organizational skills, thoroughness Phone and documentation skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Good communication skills and detail oriented Benefits: Health Insurance 401K & 401K Matching Health Savings Account 10 vacation + 5 sick days per year (after probationary period) Job Type: Full-time
