Admin Specialist II (#012626) Camille Graham Correctional Inst, Columbia (RICHLAND) Level 2 Location Columbia, SC (Saint Andrews area) : Receives telephone calls and correspondence and refers appropriately. Types classification reports, correspondence, reviews, dispositions of inmate requests, memorandums and other related items for the Classification section, including confidential reports and personnel evaluations as required. Enters various CRT transactions relating to custody changes, transfers, job changes, disciplinary actions and other classification actions as necessary. Prepares, types and distributes notification memorandums. Schedules and coordinates orientation meetings, classification team meetings, and staff meetings. Files information in institutional Inmate Records and Classification section files. Maintains suspense files and records. Updates various reports and rosters. Performs related duties as required by the program coordinator/program assistant. Must successfully complete two (2) week SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
