Job Summary:
At the company, we're passionate about assisting homeowners in finding solutions, whether they're facing foreclosure, struggling to sell their property through traditional channels, or simply need a quick sale. We're currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Associate/Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding potential clients through our virtual sales process, negotiating deals, and securing contracts. If you're eager to enter the real estate industry and possess excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties:
- Answer and return phone calls promptly, responding to all leads in our system
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads in a timely manner
- Build rapport with potential clients, addressing objections, and facilitating deal closures
- Analyze deals and draft offers
- Negotiate mutually beneficial solutions for all parties involved
- Demonstrate ambition and a desire for financial growth
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and update lead information daily
- Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders
- Acquire industry knowledge and research our target market
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary
Skills/Requirements:
- Ambitious with a desire to grow professionally

- Consistently meets daily sales metrics and remains focused
- Strong phone skills, capable of setting and closing appointments remotely
- Proficient in CRM and marketing/lead software, or quick to learn
- Team player comfortable in a close-knit company environment where individual contributions impact the bottom line
- Takes ownership of responsibilities
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and adherence to schedules/deadlines
- Passionate about sales and real estate
- Effective relationship management skills and ability to multitask successfully
Pay Structure:
- $2,000-2,800 monthly base pay
- Base pay increases after 6 months of meeting minimum requirements
- Commission tiers: 6% - 8% - 10%
- Commission tiers based on monthly revenue generation
- Example: $50,000 in total revenue generated = $5,000 in commissions + $2,000 base pay = $7,000 total earned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
