Specialty manufacturing company in South West Omaha, NE is searching for an experienced
Accounts Receivable Administrator
to assist with all invoicing and check application for their large customer base. Strong experience in accounting functions required for this opportunity.
Onsite Position | Monday – Friday schedule | $20-22/hr DOE
Essential Job Functions Include:
Process invoices from prior day shipments via warehouse paperwork
Maintain master files for customer information
Maintain statements for customers and send out monthly
Post invoice information in accounting software
Participate and assist in monthly and annual accounting closing
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
3+ years of accounting experience, including accounts receivable invoicing
Associates degree in business or accounting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred experience in MAX and Great Plains
